Best thing: friendly check in. Stupid omissions: --Coffee, yes. Cups? No. Nor sugar, creamer etc. Dumb. --Advertises a kitchen. Fridge, microwave, stove? Yup. Plates, silverware? Nope. Dumber. --Oh, you want more than one packet of coffee? Sure! It's a buck in the vending machine. And this assumes you found your own mug. --Careworn, well, OK. It's not the Ritz. But... More

Overall, it sucks. The rooms are barely maintained; our sink drain looked like it was about to separate from the sink, I was afraid to so much as drop my toothbrush in the sink for fear it would break the drain right off. The heater blew cold air non-stop, we couldn't turn it off, and we couldn't get it fixed... More

I needed a place to stay very close to Staten Island as my plan to stay with a friend for the night fell through. Traveling with a dog that weighs 100 pound can put a damper on any emergency hotel plans. I needed to find a pet friendly hotel, quick! So after checking on the internet, my only option was... More

Do not stay at this DUMP. While staying with 40 high school students on a business trip we had to witness an NYPD Drug Bust. The rooms smell, the place attracts seedy people and the place smells of POT! Hence the drug BUST. The hotel staff could care less. One of rooms we checked into had cat pee on the... More

Staying in Edison for some business and my work booked me in here but after two nights I needed to move. The room overall felt dirty and cheap. Sheets were hard with stains on them. Heating in the room left little to be desired was either two hot or to cold. Fridge in kitchen section of the room kept clicking... More

The hotel matched the star rating but I was very displeased with the service. I travel and stay in hotels at least once a month for my job and can say this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. The hotel was booked by a colleague of mine who I was on the trip with through hotwire,... More

My mother and I stopped at this hotel while making the Christmas drive from Raleigh, NC to Boston, MA. The Extended StayAmerica Edison-Raritan Center is had worn rugs, fluorescent lights and a old-smoke smell. Our room had a broken recliner, furniture with peeling laminate, torn sheets, and a big wad of blue gum stuck to the windowsill. What it didn't... More

Never think about going into this place. This place and the staffs really sucks. No housekeeping and the whole place has some rotten smell. I feel that the staffs here are racist. Don't walk. Run from this place More

Let's make this easy: 1. The place is worn, and has a musty smell. It needs a total facelift. 2. Unless you stay at least four nights, there is NO housekeeping whatsoever. But you don't get any discount. 3. The room furnishings are cheap, cheesy and uncomfortable. It reminds me of interiors from the 1970s. 4. There is essentially no... More

Now which hotel would do that?? In one room, we found an OLD ROTTEN BANANA stuffed under the sofa...it was disgustingg...and after confronting the staff about... More
