Staff was friendly, Ann from the reception has been very courteous and as very helpful and knowledgable with nyc points of interest, we were treated special even only for a couple on nights stay. The location isn't the most convenient, and the hotel itself is pretty average, but the staff were outstanding. The front desk and restaurant staff were very helpful with special requests at a time when they were very busy. You will need to drive a few minutes to find food or anything else outside of the hotel. More

Quiet location, but close to highway. Updated, modern, great room and bed, huge TV. Internet was pretty strong. No room service, but the bistro was sufficient for myself and would be for most anyone. Only come to this "hotel" if you enjoy not being able to breathe in the smoke filled hallways or rooms. Also, we were not able to stay in the type of room we reserved, the front desk staff were the rudest, most inconsiderate people I have ever met, and there is no parking. More

Rooms are comfortable and clean. Great workout facility, with best treadmills I've ever been on (and I've been on a lot of different ones). Staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodating in our request for a late check-out (due to our late flight time). Nice lobby and outdoor seating areas. This was a nice property, pleasant staff and very nice room. Now if they could only figure out how to turn off the fire alarm. Went off at 3pm for 10 long minutes. Went off again at 3am and woke up the entire place, except for the noisy wedding party running through the halls and elevators. More
