Had multiple issues checking in (Key not working, room not cleaned since last guest checked out, smell of smoke in the room). Was comped lounge access for the inconvenience, which was meh at best, sub par compared to all Sheratons I have stayed at. Also the rooms are starting to show a lot of wear, could use a refresh. It’s conveniently located right off of the NJ Turnpike, exit 10. This is a newly remodeled Sheraton. They have a nice indoor pool with a separate Hot Tub...nice.
