Since we didn't get room in NYC we stayed at Sheraton. Location is good not too far from Lincoln tunnel. The hotel runs a shuttle to nearby station and malls. Wow. The first stay back in march was a disaster. The heat didn't work the room was worn down an the front desk staff was ineffective. This time the room on the club level was right on par. The club lounge here is still a stepchild of the Sheraton family.

This location is completely insufficient to presented as a one of Sheraton affiliates. From Quality to cleanliness is not up to the standard. Very old, only 1 out of 4 elevators working after 9pm, customers have to wait for 5+mins. Stay away. Unless its only for a night and don't mind the avg. hotel.
