Excellent! Excellent! We have been going for years and it is always the best. Ed and Diane cannot do enough for you. Each morning breakfast is fresh and delicious. Rooms are always clean and beautifully decorated. The staff always are gracious and helpful. An A plus from us. More

Wanting to treat ourselves after a L-O-N-G 8 weeks of our son being in Coast Guard boot camp, we searched out many places to stay in the Cape May area. Decided on the Fairthorne and couldn't have made a better choice! The house is beautiful and the owners delightful. A very refined, yet, relaxed atmosphere. The linens were great, the... More

My husband and I just returned from our 3 night stay at the Fairthorne Cottage Bed and Breakfast. This was our very first experience at a B&B and it won't be our last. Thanks to Innkeepers/Owners Diane and Ed, we had a delightful time. Terrific accomodations, scrumptious breakfasts, and such outstanding hospitality. We stayed in the Emma-Kate Suite. Great size... My hubby & I took a short break from the everyday stress of reality and had a wonderful time at The Fairthorne Cottage Bed & Breakfast. The host and hostess were charming and answered all of our questions of were to eat & what to see in Cape May. Upon our arrival we were greeted & felt special. We were... More

This was our first visit to Cape May and our stay at the Fairthorne only made the experience nicer! Ed and Diane are wonderful hosts; very warm and welcoming; always helpful. Our suite, the Emma/Kate, was extremely comfortable, spacious and inviting. A definite plus is the location: 2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from shops and restaurants, and in... More

We come to the Fairthorne for a September, end-of-summer refresher. We've been here at least times and will keep coming back. Ed & Diane are wonderful innkeepers; insuring that the latest amenities are here for us to enjoy. The location couldn't be better - we can walk to the beach, to shopping, terrific restaurants or just relax in a rocking... More

The only time I don't like the Fairthorne is when I'm driving away - makes me sad! My husband and I just got home from our third stay at this fantastic B&B. We started our five day stay in the Gabrielle Room - I still can't believe I got my husband in a tub for a bubble bath with me.... More

We have been staying at the Fairthorne for years. Ed and Diane are the best hosts. The rooms are beautiful. The location is superb...a block from the Washington Mall and 2 blocks to the beach. The breakfasts are excellent. Diane's eggs benedict is fabulous. We always enjoy our time in Cape May. Staying at the Fairthorne is just the best. More
