For a discount hotel in a prime location, this place is on par. Right at the end of Beach Ave & just steps from the ocean, the surrounding area is usually pretty quiet. We stayed here the weekend just before Hurricane Sandy is to arrive. The staff was exceptionally nice and upgraded our room upon check-in.
