What a great place! We stayed for a night before we ran a half marathon. The staff was fantastic, the breakfast helpful and the room great! We got a great nights sleep for a very affordable price! I would definitely stay here again.

Easy to find, very clean, close to local attractions. Staff was very accommodating, we were traveling with 3 woman, staff upgraded our room to a suite even though we only asked for a room with 2 beds. Would stay here again, and recommend to our family and friends.

We got a great rate on tripadvisor (a $20 off coupon) and booked 2 side-by-side rooms. From the outside this hotel looks like a standard road-side motel - parking in front of rooms with all doors on exterior. excellent value. very clean, very well-kept, comfortable rooms. relatively quiet for a hotel on a major thoroughfare. quite convenient to downtown portsmouth (but not walking distance). pleasant staff.

We went in portsmouth to be close of the sea and we found a nice friendly place. We were quiet and the workers were very nice. I recommand it. The bed was confortable, the service room was good and I don't know about the breakfast but it was looking good!

Near the row of roundabout big-name hotels, the Port Inn is the best alternative to the chains. Good sized rooms for a good price and I've always had great service there. Its a much more relaxing stay.
