Went here over the weekend with my son, daughter and her friend and we all had fun. The rooms are perfect for a family and the activity center is a blast. Racquetball, pool tables, multiple swimming pools, slides. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. More

Just returned yesterday from this resort. This was our first stay there and here's a few observations: We stayed in building 2, room 210. We referred to it as That 70's Building. The bathrooms still had tan porcelain toilets, and the master bedroom did not have a shower, just a tan whirlpool tub set in red brick tiles. Hideous! The... More

We are sorry to hear that your room did not meet your expectations. We take great pride on our resort and are pleased that you did enjoy the rest of your surroundings here and that we were able to accommodate your checkout needs. We hope that you will give us the chance to host you and your friends again. Should... More

This resort has a wonderful heated pool area, with a very large jacuzzi. There is a waterfall and slide that the kids really enjoyed. The staff was great, the rooms were great. Very close to all the attractions. Discount coupons to local restaurants and activities. There are outdoor gas grilles that you can use to cook. The resort also ahs... More

This "resort" near Weirs Beach is a great place to stay when visiting the lakes region. We stay in unit 105 which is prime real estate since it's on the ground floor and only a few steps from the outdoor pool, playground and tennis courts. The unit can sleep 6 and features two bedrooms and two baths, full kitchen, dining... More

My husband and I shared a two bedroom with my sister, her two kids, and my mother. It was roomy but my mother got stuck on the sofa bed and said it was very uncomfortable, the sofa mattress needs replacement, and soon! The bathrooms and other furnishings could use some updating as they were a little dated and I was... More

We stayed at the Summit end August/early September last year. We loved it! The unit was clean and comfortable, and the kids enjoyed the pool. We liked that the place was close to lots of things to do - we went to the drive-in movie theater, had loads of fun at Funspot, and ate yummy ice cream at Kellerhaus. Not... More

We stayed here on a Saturday night during Laconia Bike week 2011. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. The unit was spotless, but the furnishings and fixtures were slightly dated. Location is excellent...just 3 minutes from Weirs Beach. We paid a hefty sum to stay ($200US) for one night. Understandably, demand did play a role in the price. However, for... More

Thank you for Staying with us here at The Summit. Unfortunately we do not serve or put coffee in the rooms. We do believe that we are a great value for the high demand time of year as the unit accommodates 6 people per unit and several rooms would need to be rented elsewhere to accommodate that many guests. You... More

This is our 2nd year staying at the Summit. It is about 15 minutes to Gunstock which is perfect skiing for our 7 and 9 year old children. It is also really close to Funspot which the kids love! The townhouses are nicely equipped with everything, minus things like salt, pepper, coffee filters, and tissues. The kitchen has everything you... More

The Summit Resort is smaller than I anticipated. Do not confuse these condos for a “resort” feel. There is no restaurant on site. It consists of two small sections. Building 1 & 2 are located near the outdoor pool and small kiddie play area. Building 3 and 4 are closer to the amenities (indoor pool) area. Indoor pool is a... More

We live in NH and wanted to just get away for the weekend. The units were spacious, everything comfortable, and clean. Kids loved the pool. The town seemed to be closed for the winter. Went to Gunstock Mt which we loved. Great for kids! Skiing and tubing. Sat nights is only $30 and you can do both. Kellerhaus make your... More
