This place is WAY over priced for what they offer. It is nothing more then a place for people to go show off their money. Big boys and their big toys. The beach bar is overpriced for the quality and portions that you get. If you want to go to a place where the so called "beautiful" people go to... More

We stayed in one of the cottages right on the beach. It was absolutely perfect, nothing fancy just what you needed. We had a small kitchenette, dining table, even a screened in porch! What was best was being right on the beach of the lake. It was so peaceful just to sit outside and enjoy the view. Liked it so... More

This is an average place to stay -- nothing spectacular but nothing really wrong with it either. They get the basics right -- the room was clean with free wi-fi and cable TV. But don't expect anything more -- the rooms have a bit of a 1970s feel with the bare minimum for amenities (I didn't have a desk in... More

My Husband and I stayed at the NASWA resort in June for a wedding. We were lucky enough that most people attending the wedding were also staying at the resort, which made our weekend even more fun. We were blessed with bright sunny weather, although just cold enough that we didn’t go swimming. Our room was located in the Motel... More

We stayed in a motel beachfront room. It was very clean, when we walked into the room we knew we made the right decision to stay there. It had a nice balcony overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee with chairs and a table. We saw a beautiful sunset over the lake, it was very nice. The staff was very nice too. We will... More

We had a girls weekend at the Naswa. The 80's theme provided us great music all weekend. I liked the private beach area for relaxing. The boat access was convenient for getting picked up and spending the day on the Lake. The Lake is Gorgeous. I did not price other options, so not sure if you can stay on the... More

We were very pleased when we arrived. Being just around the corner for Weirs Beach, but just far enough to allow a mostly quiet stay. Check-in was quick and painless. We opted to stay in one if their cottages. While this cottage was not directly on the water, it was a very close convenient walk to the beach. They have... More

This was our 2nd time staying at the Naswa. We enjoyed our stay last year so wanted to go again this year. Its a great place to get away and relax for a few days. We stayed in the queen view rooms in the Inn across the street and they are very spacious and quiet. Each room has a balcony... More
