Conway/Jackson Area on a Holiday weekend in Fall is crazy however this property needs some work or should adjust their pricing. I definitely have mixed feelings on this motel . Our room overlooked the Ellis River which is like a babbling brook and very relaxing. Stayed three nights in a river view room with a large balcony. The motel was clean. Free coffe and donuts each morning in front of a blazing fire in the lounge room. Beautiful location, owner was extremely helpful and takes pride in the motel as he was constantly working while we were there. Would recommend to anyone. more

I found it necessary to cancel two rooms I reserved about a month before the projected arrival date. I was charged $25.00 per room for "administrative fees".
