This is a clean, pleasant motel. The owner is lovely--so pleasant and friendly. She was very helpful and welcoming. The apartment was great. It had everything was needed. The pool was clean and inviting. The walk to the beach is minutes (3 maybe) but being set off of the boardwalk makes this a quieter location with very little traffic noise.... More

The Mainsail is the cleanest motel in Hampton. We would not stay anywhere else! It is quiet, comfortable and secure. The owners are wonderful and accommodating people. Great outdoor pool, secure off street parking and excellent housekeeping!!! I highly recommend this motel!!!! More

Our family stayed in an apartment and it was awesome. The pool was heated and we had great time there. We were advised ahead of time regarding the supplies that we would need to bring. The location is perfect and it was quiet at night. Best place to stay with your family. More

The room was clean and spacious. We were used to small rooms in the motels in Hampton Beach and this was a nice suprise. Been going to Hampton Beach for years.. To be honest, not my favorite beach but the children loved it... Lots for them to do.... The Mainsail is just a beautiful motel that is located a street away from the beach... Very clean and they have security on the property so you feel extremely safe... Would go back!!! More
