We were travelling by train - Harrah's is right next door to the station so ideally located. We were in the (cheaper) East Wing but found the room to be excellent and very comfortable. Our first time in Reno! How exciting! We picked a 5-star Hotel with great shows and facilities. Stayed in the West tower (newer rooms). They were okay if you want to stay downtown. Other Casions away from downtown seemed to be larger and newer. Harrah's tried to get me to pay 4 nights for all 3 rooms when making resv, we settled on 1 night for each room! Terrible race book, tried all machines and games....6 people... more

Was charged for a West Tower room, but none left supposedly at 10:30pm arrival. They stuck us in a room in the east tower behind a bank of 4 elevators, sounded like the Chicago L going past every few seconds.
