My husband and I were robbed at the hotel last night while we were sleeping, no sympathy or empathy from the staff, they still charged us for our room, refused us internal investigation and didn't move their finger to help us out. Very unprofessional security team, no video surveillance, completely unsafe place, stay away!!! more

I've stayed here twice and both visits were about the same. The prices those weekends were when River Palms was offering rooms much cheaper than the other places.
