19 year old hotel was fine with us. Elevator wait was really the only negative as how can you complain when you aren't paying much for a room you are never really in? In good proximity to the shops and restaurants New York, New York, Luxor and Mandalay Bay. more

The Excalibur was a good choice for the value. We got a really good deal and had low expectations. When we arrived we disvovered the hotel was outdated but not at all as bad as some have described in other reviews. There were plenty of families with kids. The location is very good, close to other popular hotels. more

This was my first time staying at Excalibur and I would definitely stay there again. The service was great and the casino personnel was very polite and helpful. My spouse booked a standard room but were upgraded to a Widescreen room, and were very impressed with the room. I don't think our experience would have been the same with the... more

We stopped at the excalibur from the 24th-29th september and had a great time in vegas as usual. This was our third visit to vegas and we absolutely love the place. We had previously stopped at luxor and mgm and we were slightly concerned with the excalibur from what we had seen on previous visits and reviews etc but it... more

we travel to vegas a lot and decided to stay at the excalibur this time since we have had good experiences at other mgm/mirage hotels. I was suprised to see how much upgrading this hotel/casino needed and was shocked that it was an mgm/mirage hotel. It must certainly be the black sheep of the family. reservations and check-in experiences were... more

Old,dirty, dated hotel, with poor customer service. We love Vegas and usually stay at Bellagio, MGM, and took the kids for the first time and even stayed at Circus Circus and thought is was bad, but the rooms were clean and the kid entertainment was great, but the Excalibur Hotel needs major renovating or it should go up like other... more

Went to Vegas w/my hubby, his parents, my parents, and his sister and brother-in-law. We all absolutely loved it. It is on the corner across from New York, New York, MGM Grand, and another one whose name escapes me at the moment. Perfect place to stay on the strip because you are at the end. Not a far walk from... more

We got a good price for the newly remodeled Tower 2 with widescreen tv for $59 a night, plus 2 all day all you can eat buffett passes--- The room was great for the money. Clean, nice tv, cant complain. Know that there is no tub (only walk in shower) and no coffee maker (which is standard in Vegas these... more

We were very careful in selecting a place to stay with our kids in Vegas. We needed a stopover on our way back from San Diego, we had some friends in Vegas, so we decided to stay here. Having children while traveling is always tricky, especially in a place like Vegas. We are lucky because our kids are cute and... more
