Stayed 26th-31st Oct . Standard room which was large with King bed and sofa bed for our 11 year old son . We stayed for two nights as a get-a-way from the kids and had a wonderful time. The rooms are amazingly large, with a separate sitting area. We loved the whole look and feel of the hotel. We would definitely go back. more

This was visually the most amazing hotel i have ever been in. Unfortunatly, this is where the positives ended. Our reservations was cancelled, we paid twice, we were locked out of our room, we were repeatedly lied to by desk staff and spent longer in line than at any line in Disneyland.
