Just a few minutes off the Strip, The Orleans offers a great value. At $41 (35 +6) per day, we saved compared to even the least expensive hotels on the Strip. We made a cold call one afternoon and asked to see a room. Without hesitation the hostess setup a keycard for a 20 minute window so we could take... More

We originally stayed at the Orleans because of a convention several years ago. We liked it so much, we have stayed there ever since. The rooms are huge, and very comfortable. The service is excellent, we've always been treated very well, and we've never had an issue. We always have breakfast (and often have late night snacks) at the Courtyard... More

We visit the Orleans a few times a year, mostly for the Slot Tournements, but always enjoy the rest of the amenities! The staff, the service, the resturants are all great! No need to go anywhere else. But, if you feel the urge, The Orleans has a coutrtesy bus that will take you to the "Strip" and back. There is... More

We stayed three nights at The Orleans. It was the first time staying at an off-strip hotel so I was not sure what to expect. We valet parked and they were very prompt. We never had to wait more than 5 minutes for the car and this was New Years Weekend. Of course, the hotel and casino is not as... More

We stayed for 1 night to save money on new years eve....all other hotels were $400++ that night, this one was about $120. The casino is huge, not sure about service though. Our view was great. This place is off the strip. If you rent a car, its really close. Overall, I was not disappointed. I don't think I could... More

The Orleans is a great place to stay in Vegas. Close to strip if you want to go there but just far enough away to make it much more convenient. Nice rooms and nice pool area. Nice food selections at the on site restaurants. More

We didn't stay there, but went on our last day as we had quite a few hours to kill before getting on the plane. After our experience at The Orleans, we will be staying there for at least a few nights next time we go to Vegas. It's for the 40+ crowed and it's awesome. You even get some discounts... More

People get over the smoking in casinos, you can't even smell it and I'm a non smoker, you can see people smoking. They pump more air into the casinos then there is outside. Stop complaining and get on with your life. More

If you can't afford the nicer Strip or don't want to be in middle of the action then this is definitely the place to stay. My last visit I stayed at Harrahs just to be on the strip and I hated it there. The Orleans is a really nice hotel. My biggest problem in Vegas is all the smoking (and... More

Hello, I stayed here over the Chrismas 2011 weekend for $37 a night--via Hotels.com--not including the mandatory $6 resort fee ($43 if you include the fee). The resort fee includes local phone calls, discounts to some of the on-site restaurants, use of the fitness center and perhaps a few other things I've forgotten about. This hotel is a mile west...
