Whether you're here to vacation on the Strip or exchange business cards at Sands Expo, you'll be thrilled to fall into plush beds with fluffy pillows at the end of each day. Our non-smoking hotel rooms are stocked with mini fridges, microwaves, Paul Mitchell bath amenities, and guests receive complimentary access to the outdoor pool and 24-hour fitness center. We stayed for three nights at the Fairfield Inn Las Vegas and were pretty disappointed in the hotel—we could have paid about the same price for a nice resort on the strip and we should have. The location was decent—not necessarily walkable to very much, but close to the airport, which is why we chose it. There were a handful of restaurants around and free parking was nice. There was a lot of traffic and it was pretty noisy…also not an area I enjoyed walking around at night. The rooms are very small. It was incredibly tight with three of us in there, plus luggage. We did appreciate the refrigerator and microwave. The room was updated, but the bathroom was not. The hallways have seen better days—the carpet looked like it had pretty significant water damage. Also, one of the elevators was down for our entire stay, leaving only one elevator for the entire hotel…there was often a wait for the elevators. Breakfast was decent if you got there early enough. By 8:00 a.m. they are out of just about everything—milk, orange juice, bread, eggs, etc. It didn’t help that we had several kids’ sports teams staying at the hotel, so they kind of monopolized the breakfast area, and later the pool. Overall, this hotel was absolutely ridiculously priced for the quality of what we got. Next time we will avoid this property and just book a nice hotel on the Strip instead.

Enjoyed our two night stay. 15 minutes on foot to Sphere, which was perfect for our plans to see U2 again at Sphere and the “Postcards” movie. Basic hotel with a very good breakfast included. Comfortable bed. Shower and tub were undersized and cramped, but plentiful hot water. Staff at front desk were friendly and service was excellent and appreciated. Small gym that was adequate. Pool not inviting, but looked fine if a hot day. I would stay here again if the price was right (as they had a great deal for points and cash). And based on the proximity to Sphere. Note, that, there were a few good restaurants quite close (500 feet or so ). Only criticism … I am Platinum Elite with Marriott. No one at the front desk cared at all, and I am not sure that all of the staff even knew what Platinum status perks existed at this property, if any.

I stayed here for 5 nights for work. The hotel exterior needs a bit of love and attention, the neon sign is half lit, half not. The asphalt on the road outside isn’t great (not the hotels fault) and there are a few empty units nearby. The street isn’t the most welcoming in Vegas. That said, the staff were really really good, efficient and friendly and a real credit to the hotel. Unfortunately whilst I was there, some sort of misadventure has occurred with the door keys which meant some guests had to be let into their room by a member of staff - they coped admirably. I do Hope however that this has been rectified. My room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, a traditional aircon unit that was noisy but effective. The room also had a fridge and microwave and space to work at a desk. The bathroom was clean but could do with a refresh, the paintwork looked a little tired and the shower head was a bit old. These are minor points however. Housekeeping was good and the room fit my needs completely. Breakfast was actually very good and met my expectations and then some. The eggs, bread and other hot items were good. Coffee was plentiful. All in all a really smart place to stay if you are in the convention center (as the name of the hotel suggests) as you can walk it in 18 minutes. Other useful things nearby are the office rentals on Howard Hughes across the street if you need to hire a room, and La Favorita supermarket just up the street which is the smartest place to buy fruit and water and more for your stay.

Yes you want convenience but yes you also want speed. On a plane, renting a car and then I met Vanessa. This place is a little difficult to find with Formula 1 construction but once you get here it is super. Close to the monorail, close to the Wynn and the Westgate. Restaurants are in abundance. Quiet and close to the airport

Where to begin... I'm going to say first that the staff is great. Honestly great. They felt badly that my stay was awful. Now.... Hotel claims to have a gym....well they had a room they 'called' a gym. Contained 2 treadmills that were suspect and an odd number of dumbbells that had singles at several categories and none at all between 20lbs and 50lbs. In a word: terrible and unusable Elevator was broken for 2 days. All room doors don't fit in the jams and rattle every single time there is a pressure change (any door opened) so bring ear plugs. Still on the topic of doors, the auto-close on EVERY door is set to SLAM. So, those ear plugs? You're going to need thicker ones. Breakfast was surprisingly good. No complaints. Simple but decent. No happy hour to make up for any of the above. The closet door in my room had been torn off the hinges and never replaced. TVs are big and internet connected so there's that. Don't stay here unless all you care about is nice staff.

The mixed reviews on this place made me slightly wary, but I can assure you this is a great option for lodging in Vegas. The staff have been excellent including Sally who puts on a great hot breakfast and Juliette who helped us with a late checkout. My husband is a platinum Marriott member, and he booked this place for me and my sister to do a long weekend girls trip and the club concierge recommended it. We have really enjoyed the convience and quiet here just away from The Strip along with great restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay again!

My room had no hot water during my 4 night stay. Despite escalating this to their office 3 times, I don't think anybody ever came to try to fix the issue as I never received any updates nor any hot water. I have high level status with Marriott, so I was shocked to not be offered a solution here, be it a new room or some hot water. Hotel is out of date in every way. Elevators were slow and sounded like they would either get stuck or collapse at any moment, and staff was apathetic.

Extremely expensive. The Excalibur was half price at least ( even including Hugh resort fee). this is a 2 stars review. DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL. Homeless people around. The 7eleven 1 block away is full of druggies and white trash.
