This hotel has become our home away from home when we attend business conferences in Las Vegas. We have stayed here probably close to 20 times in 20 years, yes, it is that good. First and foremost, the hotel itself does not play host to a casino. So if you want to stay away from that aspect of Vegas, you’re looking for something quieter and very upscale, or traveling with younger members of your family, this is a huge advantage. Should you want to visit a casino, the large, and very busy casino for Mandalay Bay is less than a 2 minute walk from the Four Seasons which is housed in the same complex. Some of the constant highlights of our stays over the years include the excellent attention and care given to us by the house keeping staff and also the concierge. By far some of the best in the industry. Additionally, we have been greeted by the pool staff, many of the same staff members of the pool have been there for decades, and they have basically watched our daughter go from toddler to adult. It’s always incredible to us, each visit, that they truly remember us! The rooms are kept up beautifully and offer everything you would expect of a Four Sesaons. Decor is lovely. On property dining is excellent, inclusive of The Verandah for a quicker, excellent meal, room service and the lobby coffee bar as well as cocktail lounge. Overall, if you are looking to not be “just another number” at a mega resort in Vegas and seeking actual luxury, Four Seasons is the place!

I presented to the 4S lobby to check in and leave my bags. While I waited, I observed various check-in processes underway. One guest was being asked her preferred room temperature and was then escorted to the guest elevators. Another was given water, while yet others were provided champagne. My room was not yet ready, so l would have to return later that afternoon. l received a text when the room was ready, retrieved my keys (still offered no refreshments) or even guidance to the guest elevators. Additional note: there is a casino level door with access to guest room elevators. I wish they would have mentioned this at check in, it will save you about a miles walk and time. It is not well marked. General stay: I was there on business with a colleague/friend with whom I'd planned to share a room. We were provided a strip view room, but with only a single bed. Not ideal to have to share a bed, but we made it work. The accommodation itself was nice, the room was updated but the bathroom did not appear to be. I appreciate that a lot of hotels now have refillable bathing products vs. single use ; I found these products a bit drying, but they worked for my companion. The shower was small but the water pressure was great! Twice daily housekeeping was such a treat. Our towels were kept clean, our Nespresso stocked and evening bedside waters were much appreciated. Little touches like cord organizers for our charging cables, or leaving an eyeglass cleaning cloth with my sunglasses was thoughtful. We ordered room service one early evening. It was so nice to see that they still offer traditional room service with the dining cart, cloche covered bites and real cutlery and tableware. As opposed to the takeout bags and containers from other hotels. We used the spa services, l've reviewed that separately. As a guest, you have access to the steam room- I wish someone would have told us that in advance as I thought we only had gym access. Due to convenience, we went to Veranda for 3 consecutive breakfasts. Service was good; food was decent. My only major disappointments come from the differences in the check-in treatment of each guest and being addressed by the wrong name multiple times by multiple different staff. Whether it was in person at the spa, by housekeeping, by room service, at Vernada (one server got it right, I believe her name was May) and the front desk. I even messaged them to make sure I was a listed guest for billing reasons. They again, addressed me by my companions name in that message exchange despite me messaging them from my account, everything being on my card and the room booked in my name. If an organization insists on the “personal touch” of addressing guests by name, make sure you're using the right one. Otherwise, it feels halfhearted and borderline disrespectful. Would I stay again? Maybe, but with so many options in Las Vegas there may be better choices out there where I am not made to feel less than, which does not support The Golden Rule.

Room rather small. Shower like a phone booth. Concierge would not call for a taxi the following morning for ourdeparture. . Not sure why. Very expensive food options. On the good side, views of the strip were awesome from our room. We were here for a funeral.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas and couldn't have been happier with our choice. As soon as we stepped into the hotel we felt calm (no casino and smoke free) and welcomed. We were warmly greeted by Alice and Alessa, who not only went above and beyond with assigning us a quiet room but also gave us an upgrade as well. Not only was our room spacious, it was well appointed as well, complete with the Four Seasons signature comfortable bed. For the rest of our stay we were treated with the upmost kindness by the entire team, from Javiar our server at breakfast, Amy my spa therapist and Curtis at the Bell Hop who really took the time to get to know us. Thank you and we'll definitely be back on our next visit to Vegas.

We had a wonderful stay 3-night stay at the Four Seasons Las Vegas right after Christmas. The hotel is truly 5-star, with comfortable rooms, a beautiful lobby, and great service. This is a non-smoking and non-gambling hotel, so it smells amazing (unlike some other hotels on the strip) and isn't hectic. If you do want to gamble, it's connected to the Mandalay Bay so you can access everything there. Service was wonderful; we arrived after a hellish drive in holiday traffic 4 hours late and starving. They got us seated at the bar right after check-in and we had a delicious cocktail and meal within 30 minutes. Later on, my husband slammed his finger in a car door and the bar staff and front desk staff were super helpful in getting him iced up so he could minimize swelling. The next morning they checked in on him--it was totally unnecessary but really sweet and appreciated. The only thing to note is that is is quite far south on the Strip. This is great for access to things outside of the Strip, but something to keep in mind if you have activities planned farther up the Strip. Also, breakfast was great but the wait can get long!

Too Warm. No Accommodation The staff is mostly excellent and friendly. The room is large and bed was comfortable The room was too HOT and they don’t allow you to adjust the temperature lower. I called three times in two separate days. They first told me they would adjust because they control the temps. Then they sent someone to the room. Then they said they would adjust. Over 4 days, it never happened. I woke up in a pool of sweat. So my sleep was disrupted throughout my 3 night stay. Very disappointed with a luxury hotel in a brand that prides itself on customer service. My shower head was detached from the wall. You’d expect proper maintenance. The bathroom door would not stay open without a Prop placed in front of it I think 4 seasons can do better and they should
