Just returned from my quick getaway from the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino. And let me tell you that this is the first time every since I have been going to Las Vegas staying in a hotel not on the strip. First the Studio Suite I had was great, King Size Bed, Desk, Chair, and Sofa not to mention Mini... More

We've been to Vegas yearly for many years. This is the first time we've stayed at the Rio. And we were very pleased. While this hotel is older, the rooms were clean, quiet and better than expected. I don't know why we've never been to this hotel before. But we will return to it for sure. More

My wife and I were looking forward to doing a little dancing, and the VooDoo Lounge had bee a favorite in the past. After paying a $20/person cover, we found the roof-level lounge populated with about 5 ladies and about 30 single men. The downstairs area of the formerly two-level lounge was closed off. Although there was a DJ playing... More

We stayed at the Rio for a 3-day conference. All rooms are suites & very roomy. Very friendly staff. The food provided for our conference meals was amazing. Plentiful buffet meals set up in our general session meeting halls. The staff did a great job while serving 100's of people. Also, the World Buffet is very nice (so many foods... More

I just returned from a 5 day stay at the Rio. January 09 to January 14. From the time I entered the hotel until the time I left the staff provided excellent service. The check-in was fast, efficient and friendly. I was given a room in the Masquerade tower (which I assume is the older one) on the 31st floor.... More

The Rio has huge rooms, of that there is no question. My suite was enormous, in fact, it was so huge it felt a little empty. The room had a (very comfortable) bed, a couple of night tables, a couch, a coffee table, and a lot of empty space. I'm not complaining, but it did feel a little weird. The... More

This hotel is located off the strip. But with that said, it is a great value for Las Vegas if you are planning to stay at one hotel. The rooms are nice, but the walls are kind of thin. Otherwise, it is a great hotel. More

I had an allergic reaction from being bitten by bed bugs after staying here. I wish I would have read the posts from others before I stayed here. More

We go to Las Vegas several times a year and usually stay at the Rio. The rooms are large and there are vanity sinks in both the bathroom and dressing area. Furnishings are showing a little wear, but it always seems clean. If you are there at a busy time, the check-in can take a while, but they have video... More

As with all VEGAS hotels, if you can walk to the end of the corridor comfortably, and that can be a long walk from elevators, it will be less likely for you to disturbed at night by inconsiderate, loud a/o drunk guest ambling along. I don't understand why there is not a no-smoking floor. Smokers congregate near the elevator areas,... More
