I stayed in Grandview's Daisy tower over the weekend of 2/10-13. Although the room and grounds were very nice, the property is not wheelchair/scooter friendly. There are only 4 handicapped parking spaces per tower, and none have extra space set aside for chair lifts. In addition, several ramps from sidewalk to street are blocked by cement planters. Small pool areas... More

The rooms are about 800 square feet and are equipped with stove, refrigerator, dish washer washer, jacuzzi so if you are in town for a four to seven day convention or trade show, you are in a much better facility than a normal hotel room. More

We truly appreciate your favorable comments and are happy that you enjoyed the benefits of our timeshare property over a hotel. We look forward to welcoming you back to The Grandview at Las Vegas Resort the next time you visit our city. More

We traded through RCI for a week at the Grandview in January 2012. We had a two bedroom unit in the Iris building. Checkin was quick, and of course they sent us on over to the adjacent desk for our parking pass, which is another way of trying to sign you up for the timeshare presentation. We did go for... More

I so wanted to love, love, love this resort. We travel with 2 young children so the hotels on the strip with access to moving billboards and photo cards with scantily clad women doesn't work for us. That being said it really is out in the boondocks. Southpoint being right next door is a lifesaver and the M Resort is... More

Thank you for your detailed review of your vacation. Many guests have chosen our resort for their vacation because our location offers the best of both worlds; a quiet relaxing getaway that’s only 6 miles from the famous Strip when the mood for more excitement takes over. We apologize if you were not aware of the additional fee for the... More

Usually going to Vegas is a weekend thing, our condo was so comfortable and lovely that we lasted the whole week. It was nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle of the strip. Located close to airport and freeway system it was easy to get around. Our condo was 1600 sq feet and very clean. Furniture was... More

We just came back from a stay at the Grandview through an RCI week exchange and enjoyed it immensely. We stayed in the new Rosemary building, the farthest from the reception building. Parking was easier in that location. We had a one-bedroom on the 19th floor and the view of the city at night was spectacular. Also enjoyed being next... More

I gotta say, great value for the suite we got. Here is the "BUT".... but room was too far away from reception, parking wasnt easy, and it was a bit of a drive from all of the action (main strip). The suite was what we expected, spacious, all the amenities plus jacuzzi (which we didn't use). The only complain I... More

Thank you commenting on your stay at The Grandview at Las Vegas Resort. It is true that the new buildings at the resort require an additional fee. These rooms have updated features... More

The 2 bedroom suite is two one bedroom self contained suiites connected by a small entrance lobby off the hallway (see plan on web site). This provides complete privacy for each one bedroom suite (great for two couples) or can be a family plan by leaving the one bedroom suite doors open but not the lobby door to the hallway.... More

We have stayed at the Grandview several times now because our friends have a time share here. We like the idea of having a kitchen and laundry facilities right in the room. Cooking most of our own meals safes a lot of money. The two bedroom suites are great especially when travelling in a group because you have your own... More

Great facility with lots of ammenities and nice location. Not too close and not too far away from the strip. Just 10-15 minutes by car from it. Very clean and organized. You have a huge casino just crossing the street with nice buffet as well. More
