six of us went to lasvegas we all stayed at ballys three of us came home with bed bug bites it was awful and when i contacted the hotel they did not care. i have been there probably 10 times even the food was not as good as ussual or the service . i was realy dissapointed...... more

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was very large and was very clean. The hotel is centrally located on the Strip. Traveled to Las Vegas for a few days in December. I went with my girlfriend and her two teenage daughters. Check-in was easy and fast. Reserved the Guest room for 2 nights, did the $20 trick, got upgrade to Junior Suite. Room was very nice and big. View was great. A little wear and tear but appointments very good. Booked the room using comps, for $10 a night we were upgraded to North Tower. I requested lower level if possible, we were on 5th floor, nice room, clean, service at check-in very good, asked if we could check in early no problem. I would stay there again. Good location for all activities on the strip. more

Long check-in lines but got upgrade without the $20.!! Good room-carpet looks like it should be cleaned but otherwise everything else very nice!! Casino a little small-had coffee and rolls in Paris each morning. Just 1/2 block away-indoors!! Location is fantastic!!!! more

The rooms need some upgrading and attention. The room was considered a delux room, but the sheets and towels were below par. If you are truely only using your room for a shower and some sleep, then it will work. more
