We upgraded to one of the rooms in the west tower, after being given a twin room by mistake (on honeymoon??!!) so we seen both types of rooms. Came here for a conference. Its connected to Mandalay by a mini mall. Lots of good choices for restarants, clubs, shopping, bars. The check in staff at 2 pm sucked. Rude, treated you like cattle.
