Nice new hotel with the usual Holiday Inn Express facilities, fridge, microwave, bathtub, breakfast.The only downside was an extremely noisy A/C unit in our room. If you are driving north & can manage a dirt road don't miss the amazing Toadstools Geological Park. More

We stayed here just passing through. The night staff was incredibly nice and competent. The pool area and the room was clean and well maintained. Our room was actually nicer than I expected for a Holiday Inn Express. I don't know when we'd be back in the area, but if we were I'd stay here again. More

rude morning staff...... horrilbe place, tried to overbill me more than $230; and only way to straighten out their corruption was contacting priority club and reporting their corruption.... this is worst holiday inn express I have ever encountered, and worse front desk experience ever anywhere...... food at breakfast was stale also...... We found the Holiday Inn Express in Scottsbluff to be clean and neat. We were welcomed with 2 bottles of cold water and 2 pkgs of Chex snack mix (caramel-chocolate) which was very good. I had an enjoyable stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The room and cleanliness were typical of HIE, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
