This is by far the nicest Fairfield I have ever visited. Tastefully decorated, very clean, courteous staff, nice pool and exercise facilities. Evening reception Monday-Thursday with wine, beer, and snacks. Complimentary breakfast with hot and cold options. Wi-fi works well throughout the hotel.

I am a Platinum Marriott member and therefore stay at a lot of Marriott's...this is a great hotel...much nice than any Fairfield I have ever stayed at...much more like a Courtyard....it feels brand new (opened in August 2011). Well-maintained, nice staff.....great choice for a stay to visit the Cranes!

I spent 2 nights and enjoyed it greatly. The room was great and the staff were awesome. A new hotel has an advantage in being fresh clean and organized. This one doesn't suffer from having a new young staff. They were on the ball, and kept it moving for us. i stay at Marriott properties because of the consistent quality. They are doing it right in Kearney.
