I felt a bit like a princess with morning tea/coffee service delivered to my room (with a rose) 30 minutes prior to breakfast. Then to top that, the breakfast was divine. One morning I was served a pineapple cut in half filled with all kinds of fruit, freshly baked apricot scone, fresh squeezed orange juice, brioche stuffed french toast with... More

I highly recommend this Inn. Awarding five stars is rare for me, even more-so for hotels; however, The Garden Wall Inn earns all of them. The service is impeccable; the place is warm and cozy; the breakfast is wonderful (as in damn-good-chef wonderful) with fresh juices and breads, wonderful egg dishes, catering to our dietary needs. We left breakfast each... More

I am a little late in submitting this review, but liked the place so much I thought I should still post a review. We stayed in July 2010 and loved this place - it's so picturesque and the breakfasts were first class. The food was better than any breakfast I have had in a fancy hotel, the produce was sourced... My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at the Garden Wall Inn. Chris and Rhonda made us feel very welcome and “at home.” The rooms are very clean and comfortable with private baths. The food was excellent. The location was perfect for our visit to the Whitefish area, easy walking distance from the city center with many restaurants and... More

We have stayed in many bed and breakfasts across the country and the Garden Wall rates up there in the best. There is attention to detail - fresh flowers in the room and the bathroom. Wine and cheese in the evenings, chocolates on the bed, and fabulous breakfasts made from local ingredients. The owners are very knowledgable about the area... More

Rhonda and Chris are great hosts who provide a wonderful home away from home [not to mention advise and feedback on what to do and places to go. Breakfasts were delicious. Located within walking distance of restaurants and points of interest in Whitefish. Only 30 minutes from Glacier National Park. We'll be back. More

We came to Whitefish for our 4th visit, but our first at The Garden Wall Inn. It won't be our last. Rhonda and Chris are superb hosts, we felt like old friends, both were full of tips about local sites and resources, professional, bright, comfortable, great conversationalists. Rhonda's gourmet breakfasts were the absolute best. And the staff: our rooms were... More

What a nice change....no TV in the Inn!!! We were a little taken aback by that (never bothered to ask), but what a pleasant surprise. Pretty much have to either stay in your room or go downstairs and socialize with the other guests in the evening, which we chose to do. We had such a good time chatting with the... More

I am not a huge fan of B&B's, but this one is terrific. The decor is Victorian --not my style, but so well done I had to appreciate it. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was really nice, with a fantastic tub, luxurious towels and high end products. There were also nice touches like beautiful fresh flowers on... More
