Some times my lodging choice leaves me wondering if I could of done better, not this time., What a pleasent surprise. Clean rooms, great cusomer service(they really knew the area) and a killer breakfast. WIFI and a business center. We see they do Yellowstone snowbuggy and ski tours in the winter, we will return! more

We stayed at your hotel with family that was visiting from Pennsylvania and we all agreed that it was a wonderful place to stay. Your breakfast is very good and gets our day started off fill of energy. It's also good that you start it at 6am so we could get an early start. Shirley was always pleasant and ready... more

We stayed at this hotel in late September. We were in a 2nd floor king suite, the room was huge, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was rather small and a bit outdated, but it was all very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and we felt very safe here. This is not an upscale hotel/motel, you are... more

I'm retired and have asthma. The room was big. I had to change the sheets on one of the beds because it looked like it was never changed. Still had indentions of a body laying on it. The other bed did not. There was mold in the bathroom. Possible under the carpet. I had an Asthma attack about 3:30 a.m.... more

The rooms are very clean and the beds are very comfortable. I have stayed in hotels around the park several times. But this time I decided to call around for rates and general information first. Brandin' Iron Inn was by far the best value around and they delivered all they said they would and more. The refrigerator in the room... more

My wife and I took a road trip to West Yellowstone in early September. We drove around town to check prices and the Brandin Iron was by far the best value. My wife liked having a refrigerator in the room but I loved the cheese omelets. That was by far the best breakfast that I have ever had for free.... more

I was in West Yellowstone last weekend and was very impressed with the service the entire staff offered. I work at a Marriott property in Salt Lake and we do a good job, but the friendliness, knowledge and how genuinely eager to help type of people the employee really impressed me. The room was very clean and no different than... more

This , next to Yellowstone was the highlight of our trip. We finally found a family run bussiness with that "western Hospitality" you hear about. Took one of thier bus tours and wont see a park any other way now. We are planning a winter trip with the same company, thay take out the worry, really know what they are... more

Every time my family & I visit West Yellowstone we prefer to stay at the Brandin Iron. It's convenient location to the towns attractions. The hot tubs make a nice end to a long day of playing and the hot continental breakfast they have to start our day. Definitely the highlights to our visit per my kids. I enjoy knowing... more
