Room was dirty. Sink overflow was disgusting, dust in shower room and on top of best head. Towels were dingy and well worn. Breakfast was sparce and served on polystyrene plates. I cannot imagine how they got a Best Western rating more

This was motel-USA-standard. Nothing was in any way out of the ordinary. On the positive side, it was clean, the beds were comfortable, and as a base for touring the western part of Yellowstone NP it was just fine. We had not realized how small West Yellowstone is....really any hotel in town is located OK for park touring and eating... more

This hotel was pretty decent. Close to everything and the upgraded rooms were a plus. The breakfast was okay but a different variey would be nice. If we ever head back to Yellowstone, we'll definitely head back to this place. more

the two best things about this hotel? Wireless internet in the room and the location in the heart of downtown. The room was okay clean - kinda shabby at the edges for the discriminating eye. Bed was comfortable. Shower sprayed/leaked all over the floor. If I needed a room for the nite in WYellowstone again this might not be the... more

My wife and I and two freinds stayed at the motel for five nights in early June. The first thing that struck us was the origin(s) of the desk staff: they were Eastern Europeans and/or Russians. With the high unemployment rates in the United States perhaps the motel's owners might rethink their hiring practices. Can nobody be found in Montana... more

We stayed at the Best Western because we had been staying at different Best Westerns as we traveled through to Yellowstone from CA. This was the worst hotel we have come across. We got two rooms because we are traveling with three teenagers. My husband and my room had hair in the tub. The shower is in a very small... more

"We stayed here for 2 nights in June. The room was very clean and had all the right amenities (microwave, mini-frig, coffee maker, cable TV, wireless internet). The room looked good and felt comfortable and was large. Clearly this is one of the newer hotels in town. We stayed in the room with 2 king beds. The beds were comfortable... more
