Second year staying at this property in February. Clean, new mattras in our room since last year and better breakfast selection. Coffee at breakfast remains horrible and needs to be changed. Otherwise would continue to recommend.

Clean, comfortable and a perfect location in west yellowstone. Rooms are large, we had a king, with a hearty warm breakfast included each day. Good sized rooms and good location near the centre of town. Close to Bullwinkles bar and restaurant which was great for a low key meal. OK buffet breakfast. Helpful staff who provided a shuttle to Two Tops snowmobile tour operator. The heated indoor pool as a bonus for a winter stay.

Our room was clean with the exception of the bathroom which needed cleaning. The shower also needed some maintenance. Breakfast was ok, avoid the omelets wrapped in foil.

Enjoyed staying here. Nice hotel, clean with good sized rooms. Breakfast was basic but enough to get you through to lunch

Well, Yellowstone area is expensive during summer. Having said that, the hotel itself was nice. Spacious, clean rooms and a really great breakfast. Probably the best breakfast I've had on our trip. Location was good, but that doesn't matter too much as long as you're in West Yellowstone itself and not somewhere far outside.

The hotel itself was average but the staff on reception when we arrived were young, excellent and helpful. The follwoing morning when we wanted to enquire about booking another Best Western we were clearly an inconvenience because they were involved in something on the computer. Advantages : Location, Room space Morning Breakfast, Disadvantages : Expensive Not very clean , stinky smell in some corners beds are quite older and not soft AC is not enough for the room
