This Hotel is now called the White Buffalo. I have been advised that it has new ownership. My Wife and I stayed here last year and I wanted to review it again. Although the Hotel is a little cleaner than last year, there are still problems here. We stayed in the same room that we stayed in last year and... More

I have stayed in some bad hotels, but never have I had to go to the desk and tell them we could not stay. There is no way we could have stayed. Bedding was dirty, and stained. Room smelled. Toilet was leaking and there was a huge puddle on the floor. Chairs were stained. No internet service, although they claimed... More

Before I say anything else, this motel is the biggest [--] hole I have ever stayed in. Yes, I have had worse rooms in India, Honduras, Nicaragua and other impoverished countries, but they also didn't charge me $180/night. My "deluxe suite" in New Delhi had no towels, dripping plumbing, water all over the bathroom floor and live electrical wiring strung... More

My first time at this hotel I believe it was called the Executive Inn and it was nice. Then it was the Travelodge and it was OK, last year it was the Yellowstone Park Inn and Suites and it needed some up grading. The manager at the time told me they were going to do some major renovations over the... More

This is the worst experience I have ever had. First of all the Yellowstone Inn & Suites is now called the White Buffalo. I called in advance for a reservation for April 2nd and 3rd. I was told the Park was open. The Park is not open. When I got to the White Buffalo there was no one there to... More

My Wife and I spent one night at the Yellowstone park Inn and Suites in September of this year. The Motel is on older one, and it wasn't as clean as I would have liked, but the staff treated us well. We had to change rooms because of a problem with the lighting in the original room that we were... More

We stayed there on a Tours4fun holiday during which the other hotels had been fair to good and one was excellent (Comfort Inn, Salt Lake City). We're quoting from our journal - ' the motel is awful. We get room 159. At first we couldn't find it because it's tucked away by the laundry and storerooms. We switched on the... More

Upon arrival, I noticed the buildings were in a terrible state of disrepair, the parking areas unpaved, and trash everywhere. The room was a disgrace. I had requested a king-sized bed, non-smoking, downstairs (my wife is handicapped). I got two queen-sized beds, upstairs. The linens were worn (and were not changed in the five nights we were there). The coffee... More

I just don't know where to begin. When we checked in, the front desk was not manned. It took us ringing the bell for over ten minutes before a clerk showed up with her hair totally disheveled. It looked like she just woke from her nap. She was rude and totally unprofessional. The hotel conditions was dirty and not properly... More

We check in at the Inn on august 14th at 3:23pm and were planning to stay for about 5 nights. As we entered our room I went around the bed and had my ankle almost broken. They had put two boards between the box spring & the mattress and left at least 3inches sticking out and covered with a bed... More
