I went there with some friends for three days in November 2012. Rooms are clean and the location is just perfect for visiting the National Park. It was very quiet at that time of the year and we spend every day in Yellowstone NP. So we came back at around 7-8pm to relax in the hot tubs

We stayed at three bear lodge on april 26 and the room in the lodge was wonderful. The staff was helpful with what ever we needed. We will be making another trip back and we will be staying for sure at three bears.

Great place to stay and just a short distance (less than a mile) to the west entrance to Yellowstone National Park. Rooms were large and well decorated with a bear themes throughout. The restaurant next door was good as well.

We were there March 7/8/9 for a snow coach trip into Old Faithful. We were in the new lodge building, which was very nice with large rooms, with the hand made furniture. We had no complaints about anything. We ate breakfast in their restaurant 2 times and they were not hot. We had one evening meal and it was very... More

For what it was, it was great and with that being said, I would stay here again. For the area, I give it a 4-rating. I think we had a room in the non-renovated part of the hotel, room 410. The room was clean and very comfortable. My complaints about the room were that the heater was very loud and... More

Although our room was initially cold this was soon remedied. Some rooms are larger than others so it is worth checking this when you make a reservation. The staff are friendly and helpful. Two small hot tubs on site although the main outdoor pool is not usable in the winter. Good access to snowmobiling across the car park, where we... More

My husband and I just stayed two nights here at the end of the winter season. From my research beforehand Three Bear seemed like one of the nicest places to stay in the rustic town (the Lodge, not the motel) and after driving around a bit this morning before heading out we confirmed this is indeed the case. West Yellowstone... More

My husband and I were cancelled out on a snow coach tour elsewhere and made a last minute reroute to West Yellowstone. Three Bear Lodge set us up in one quick phone call with a room and exactly the tour we wanted the following day. When we arrived, they confirmed our tour and ordered a deli luch for the next... More

We came up In October right before most places close down for season or switch over to winter/snowmobile season and enjoyed it completely. First let me just say if you don't want all the crowds of summer or the bitter cold of winter this is when to go. Now that is out of the way Three bear was great. The... More
