Our plans changed, so I called the hotel directly to see if it was possible to move the reservation to the following day. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. BUT! When we first arrived at the hotel, we discovered that the pipes in our bathroom were leaking, so I went down to the lobby to inform the gentleman at the front desk, Mike, about it.
