Staff very friendly, polite, and helpful. It's a little dated but comfortable, beds nicely made up similar to the more expensive chains, with lots of cushy pillows and the blankets all covered with fresh sheets. This is an older building, unlike the newer; modern Holiday Inn Express properties we enjoy. Sink fixtures were older, bathroom light fixture was dirty.
