The staff is friendly enough, but when you get to your room it smells like nobody has ever hit the toilet, and I'm not sure they even own a mop. Can you imagine if you stepped into the lobby and smelled that?

Only one washing machine for the entire building, which is insane considering this hotel is where a lot of plant workers stay, needing to wash the same uniform every single day. Room was very disappointing. Rug & chair/ottoman were badly stained and dirty. A dirty towel was left hanging on bathroom door from previous guest. The whole room had a bad funky smell & it seemed very dingy. Not sure if the bed linen was changed.
