The bed covering was extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. Breakfast served was average to slightly below average with the offerings in place. No meat of any kond on the day I had breakfast, only western style omlet and potatoes. I stayed free on this trip which is good since I thought the hotel was below average for a Hampton Inn.

good location....restaurant next door...the staff were extra helpful and nice. fitness room was clean and everything worked. Morning staff were happy and cheerful. Internet worked well and the facility was safe and quiet.

This hotel has a friendly staff, clean rooms,and comfortable beds but the lighting is TERRIBLE. The front desk is lit like a cheap motel. The bathrooms though clean had lighting that will make you get out as quickly as possible.

I have been traveling around Montana for work and out of all the hotels I stayed in, this Hampton Inn had one of the better beds. The free guest wifi was fast, complimentary breakfast was your average hotel breakfast. I would stay here again if I come back to the area.

We came here after leaving another hotel in the middle of the night and we found it to be in good shape considering the renovations. We were satisfied with the breakfast for the price of the stay. Would have rated it higher if the shower had some pressure to it. I would stay again.

I booked this hotel on the fly while making a weekend trip to Billings. The hotel was undergoing renovations to the front desk, I felt bad for the staff who were couped up in a small nook, but that did not stop them from offering great advice on what to go see.
