We stayed one night with our young daughter and teenager and had no complaints. The breakfast was great, the beds were comfortable, no complaints about anything. more

I don't know where to begin. The Customer service is the absolute worst!! We booked a hotel online and when we arrived THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY ROOMS AVAILABLE and REFUSED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I argued with the man who claimed not to speak english (the Arabic manager/owner) until I started yelling at his wife. We arrived in town... more

The hotel was nice enough, but there were a couple things that were just not up to par. The internet, first off, was horrible. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, and we could access the internet for about 5 minutes. The wifi should not have only one bar in any part of the hotel. For someone who needs... more

I just stayed here the weekend of March 21 & 22 (2009) and let me tell you - my husband and I got about 4 hours of sleep. About 3am we woke up to a grown man in the room beneath us crying and yelling on the phone. He countinued to cry and yell on the phone until about 6am.... more

This hotel was one of the worst I've ever stayed at. While the rooms are very large, they are very dated and old fashioned. I was really surprised at the condition. Moreover, the floors creaked badly in my room. I could also easily hear the floors creaking in the rooms next door when my neighbors walked in their rooms. I... more

We booked the jacuzzi suite for $130 a night. The woman at the front desk was not the friendliest. The room was large and spacious, but for a suite I expected at least a fridge or microwave. The jacuzzi is right near the bed, and there were hairs stuck in the jets and in other parts around the tub. There... more

This hotel was just okay. The room we were in (106) was one of the larger ones, and the room was fine for one night's stay, but I would not want to be here for more than that. Easy to find off I-70. Room had a great new bed, but towels were skimpy, and the shower was missing a shower... more

We loved this hotel!!! The management staff was great. Everyone there was super friendly. Me and my wife stayed in quite a few hotels in this area recently and none of them really come close to being as nice as this place. Very clean, no bad smell like a lot of places in the area. Looks to me as if... more

Because I had a meeting in O'Fallon, I had two choices: The Super 8 or the Ramada. I selected the Ramada based on the photos on AMEX's web site. It looked slightly better than the Super 8. It is located right off the freeway in St. Peter, MO. It is the only hotel at that exit. I arrived pretty late... more

I booked a room at this hotel and reserved a crib a week before my stay. I even called to make sure my room had a crib and was told the crib would be in the room when I arrived. When I arrived there was no crib in the room and the room was freezing and the heat did not... more

Management response from

We are so sorry about this inconvenience and worked very hard to do everything we could to make their stay enjoyable. The crib request was done through central reservations and for some reason did not come through to system. This usually does not happen and we apologise for the mistake. We also do not think she called the hotel directly,...
