Prior to moving in, I informed the property manager of my breathing condition and asked about the smoking policy. She said smoking was allowed ONLY in a person's own apartment. The rule is also in BOLD UNDERLINED letters in "Community Rules." She LIED. She encourages her staff to smoke in the enclosed, non-ventilated garage. People also smoke in the hallways,... More
