Stayed one night. Pool was good temperature. Bed was comfortable. Carpet was clean,bathroom clean Staff was polite and courteous. Breakfast was great. Warm eggs, bacon, potatoes, cream of wheat, cereal, and many more to offer. No complaints here. Price was good too. And close to lots of shopping centres.

I stayed one night between Chicago to Dallas, nice location walking distance from Ameristar Casinos but 20miles from Downtown... Only drawback no restaurant within hotel, need to go market everytime your feel hungry

Carpet everywhere, cleanliness approximative, bathroom horrible, aircon noisy, "swimming pool" super small and less than appetizing. There are so many rooms it took me to roll my suitcase through several corridors. Not nice.

I stay here frequently for business and the hotel is good for the money spent. The hotel could use some updating, but the beds are great and they have a pretty good breakfast available. The hotel is also centrally located if you are spending time in St. Charles.
