The casino is decent size and has a good selection of table games. The dealers and pit bosses are friendly and attentive. The only thing they could improve open is giving better comps. Harrah's is my second favorite casino in Kansas City

Stayed 2 nights, room was nice, service was just ok. 6am second day (which was my birthday) was woken up by fire alarm. First time I looked outside saw nobody so got back in bed. The rooms at the hotel were average, but did have comfortable beds. The staff was more than helpful around the whole hotel. We really enjoyed the casino, but didn't care too much for the smoke on the casino floor. The sports bar within the hotel is fabulous, with great food and drinks. Would go back, it was more than affordable.
