arrived at the hotel and i noticed the curve appeal what attracted my attention the amount of cleaness and detail i saw. for example fated parking lot, dirty sidewalks, debris and dirt blowing around near the front door. i also noticed hoses hanging out of windows at that point i thought 'wow, this hotel will be very detailed oriented'. i... more

Now, I wasn't even going to waste my time writing a review of this place, but I think I will, if it saves the next person traveling.... We checked in on a friday evening for my husbands birthday, we had tickets to the comedy club across the street in Westport Plaza. The lobby was so so, but when we went... more

This is by far the most awful hotel I have ever stayed at. After driving for about 10 hours, we checked in at around 1 am. The lobby and common areas looked decent, a little worn out and dated, but acceptable. Unfortunately things only went downhill from there. The most noticeable thing upon entering the room was the extensive amount... more

We got to our room and noticed about 6 inches of heavy dust around the carpet baseboard in the room also the bath tub would not shut off it constantly ran. Also there where little orange pills laying on the floor in ;the room. The elevator was dark, small and scary. The parking lot was something else too. We left and... more

We stayed in this motel because of the pictures of the pool area. The pool was clean and seemed maintained. The elevator of this motel needs updated asap. It's small, dark & has dirty looking carpet. It was scary enough to make this overweight girl take the stairs. The rooms seemed clean and really the only problem there were the... more

For starters, we have held our family reunion at this hotel for the past 11 years. Over the past 5 or 6 years, this hotel has declined rapidly!! We have tried to find other properties to hold our get together at, but the rec area is too perfect for our group with small children, so we have overlooked the dinginess... more

I reserved two rooms for two nights, prepaid deal so would have been charged for one night had we left upon arrival and seeing the condition of everything, which is the only reason we stayed, being on a limited budget for vacation to St. Louis attractions with my son, his wife and my grandchildren. First, the pool was closed upon... more

I have five kids, and this hotel was great for our family. The pool was great, and my kids enjoyed the video game area. Our room was reasonably priced, and was very clean. The staff at the front desk was friendly, and gave us good recommendations regarding local attractions. We would definetely stay at the Quality Inn again! more

After our soccer team stayed at this hotel for a Labor Day Soccer Tournament--everyone that swam in the pool got severly sick! We're talking emergency room visits for half of these people! All nine who swam-- including 5 soccer players were diagnosed with a parasite called Cryptosporidium --contracted through the filthy pool water. This is very serious folks. The health... more

I was taking my kids to St. Louis to visit the zoo, Arch and a few other attractions but did not want to stay in the city. This was the perfect location. It was just short highway trips to everything. The hotel was perfect for family travel. After a long hot day at the zoo the pool was a great... more
