We made reservations on the internet so check in was a breeze. Room nice and clean, hallways quiet, breakfast lots of seating and food ok, waffle maker was a hit. Check out by dialing 0 and off we went. Wonderful smiles from staff coming and going.

We stayed for 3 nights in April and was very pleased. The room was clean but the only thing I had a problem with was the beds were small just wish they were queen. Complimentary breakfast was very impressive. We are coming to St. Louis again soon and will def stay here. I would recommend for travelers to stay.

The staff tried hard to give us a quiet room, but it's not possible here. And then the smoking floor was below us and smoke smell drifts up into our room. Rooms were nice, staff was friendly and helpful, and there was someone there to sell me a Starbucks coffee drink at 1 a.m. Was in for a convention, and they treated both my party and the whole group extremely well!

Excellent staff, great room. I have been to many hotels and this location rates are amazing fire what you get, the rooms were clean and plenty of parking with room for RVs

Didn't sleep well due to the bed, but otherwise was ok. Stayed here the night before a seminar at Westport. Room was clean had breakfast buffet in morning which could use some help.
