This was our second stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable. The only negative thing about the hotel is the location in that it is not very close to any eating establishments (other than the hotel dining room). The hotel itself is one we will definitely stay at again. more

It has a nice lobby, and the front desk staff seem friendly, the elevators and halls were a little stinky...not sure with what... and the rooms felt really cramped. I always stay at the FourPoints at KCI and have enjoyed each visit. However, this time I noticed that housekeeping made my King-sized bed using Double-sized sheets. The fitted sheet was fine, but the blanket only covered half the bed. Ridiculous. Luckily I was by myself, because had there been two of us, one of us would've been very cold.... more

The title says it all, it doesn't look too bad on the surface but this is a very very old hotel that they have applied a pretty thick veneer to but that ultimately cannot properly cover up how old the hotel is. The shower controls are the original ones from the '60s, the tub did not drain, the water pissed... more
