I always stay at the FourPoints at KCI and have enjoyed each visit. However, this time I noticed that housekeeping made my King-sized bed using Double-sized sheets. The fitted sheet was fine, but the blanket only covered half the bed. Ridiculous. Luckily I was by myself, because had there been two of us, one of us would've been very cold.... more

The title says it all, it doesn't look too bad on the surface but this is a very very old hotel that they have applied a pretty thick veneer to but that ultimately cannot properly cover up how old the hotel is. Noisy, dirty, terrible staff. We paid a higher price to stay in what we thought would be a better hotel and were sorely disappointed.
