Some days no hot water or heat. Owner, Bobby Landis, said he will not fix. These villas are set up for transient construction workers and high school parties. Loud parties, drunks in the parking lots, strip club just down the road. Mold smell knocks you over when you walk in. Hot water heater floods. Thin walls. Rotting wood with vinyl... more

We stayed in this location as a timeshare exchange, but it is not your typical timeshare…. In fact, the front desk told me it’s not really a timeshare at all, it’s a golf community, but 6 of their units are somehow enrolled in RCI. I’m not sure how that works. The desk clerks were actually asking me about how timeshares... more
