We stayed a week at Mi Casa Su Casa. Upon arrival we were greeted by Carlos who speaks perfect English. He asked that we let him know if we needed anything at all. He was always working around the property and so quick to point us in the right direction. He and his family made us feel like we were... More

While staying at a small, rustic bungalow up the road a bit from Troncones, we'd go down to Mi Casa Su Casa for a "spa day:" while having a drink (really wonderfully strong margaritas) or lunch we could swim, gratis, in their beautiful clear clean pool (didn't have to stay in the hotel to do this), right next to their... Had a weekend work retreat here at Mi Casa Es Su Casa. Was greeted by Carlos and his loving family. He spoke perfect English and filled me and my two cohorts in on the town, what to see and do and where to get a great margarita (conveniently in their bar/restaurant). Room was basic, clean and bug-free. The view is... More

We found Troncones and Mi Casa Su Casa several years ago on a day trip while staying in Zihuatanejo, and we have gone there ever year since for vacations of 7-10 days. Each year in the late fall or early winter, we sit on our couch in Minnesota and consider plans for our annual Mexico trip. Each time since stumbling... More

We found Mi Casa Steak House after eating at Manzanilla Bay Inn and Roberto's. We returned 3 times afterwards! The service was warm and friendly and the food was excellent. We even got breakfast one night! IF YOU ARE IN A HURRY THIS ISN'T THE PLACE TO EAT AS THEY GIVE YOU TIME TO VISIT, ENJOY THE ATMOSHERE AND RELAX... More

We just spent 8 nights at Hotel Troncones with three kids under age 9. The hotel is clean, secure, and well-maintained with a friendly and helpful staff. Dave, the on-site manager, is great. The grounds are attractive and they are laid out such that it is easy to keep track of kids, with direct access to the pool, beach and... More

I just got back from a business conference held in Ixtapa, my colleagues and I stayed at Mi Casa Su Casa and I have to say that I was very pleased. The staff was very welcoming, the food was delicious, and the surf was incredible. I already scheduled my family vacation there. I am a customer for life, and I... More

*This review is just for the restaurant* My family and I were staying down the road from this place and it had been recommended to us by a local as a good place to eat. We ended up eating three meals there, it was so good! I personally tried the steak, enchiladas suiza, chilequiles with eggs, fish tacos, and chips... More

After tracking down a waiter some 45 minutes after arriving, we waited over 2 hours to get a measly meal on a slow night. Like most other Troncones establishments, this was way over-priced to boot.
