great atmospheric hotel in the heart of this charming town. We wer lucky enough to be there when there was a rally to celebrate 50 years of victory- we watched form the hotel's roof top and felt we saw the real Cuba.

The Royalton is well located opposite of Parque Céspedes in the center of town in an area of well maintained buildings. Okay for an overnight stay, but wouldn't like to stay for a length of time. Room was small with noisy air conditioning and poor bathroom. Good location however, and good to sit outside hotel with a beer.
