This was in every way a fine place to stay. Donna was a wonderful hostess and made scrumptious breakfasts. The B&B is spotlessly clean and although the rooms are quite small (because it is an old fisherman's home from days gone by) they are perfectly comfortable. We liked it a lot.

We thoroughly enjoyed Fishing Point. The location overlooks St. Anthony's harbour and is Les's family fishing home that has been modernized. Our ensuite room was small, very clean and well appointed. This is a lovely B&B.. Very quaint. Our room was small but was all we needed. The B&B is situated right on the water and is a very convenient location. It was well worth the trip to St. Anthony's in Newfoundland. After pondering whether to include the trip up to the northwestly coast there was no question after arriving in this small fishing town. We stayed 2 nights at this B&B, and glad we chose it. It's in a great location, overlooking the entrance to the harbour. We walked about 10-15 minutes to the lookout point. Very quiet at night. Donna and Les were wonderful hosts. The traditional breakfasts were wonderful. I'd definitely recommend others to Fishing Point.

Wonderful B & B with the best location in St. Anthony. Gorgeous rooms overlooking the harbour. Donna is the most gracious of hosts and makes you feel very welcome indeed. Breakfasts were excellent - everything you could ask for in a B & B. Will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Newfoundland.

Agree with all the positive reviews above. We just enjoyed a great two night stay with our hosts Les and Donna. The setting is wonderful - a short walk from probably the best restaurant in St Anthony (Lightkeepers), the lighthouse and a short hike up a hill from where you can watch flotillas of icebergs.
