A very typical Russian hotel with grumpy front desk staff, totally boring rooms and breakfast. Acceptable to sleep but you will miss your own home. Very overpriced for what you get.

All the other positive reviews say it all. Clean, professional, friendly, spacious enough, center of town. You can walk straight up the street from the train/bus stations 2 blocks (lots of stairs if carrying luggage), then turn left on the main street and it's about 3 blocks or so from there. A short, inexpensive taxi ride would work as well,...

It was very nice, the rooms were clean. There is new furniture. The staff was friendly and the price for the service was also okay! Very hearty and varied breakfast, good parking and many restaurants around it. I can really recommend you this place because its the best one to stay, its not to expensive, its in the center right...

The hotel is the best western style accommodation choice in Vladimir. The room was clean, although the carpets were stained and there was a little mould in the shower. The temperatures were quite hot (32 degrees Celsius) and there were no fans or air conditioning in the room. The hotel only has smoking rooms, and as non smokers, we found...

No complaints about this hotel. It's certainly not the Ritz but it's a good base for independent travellers exploring Vladimir and surrounds. The staff were helpful, the room was clean, and the included breakfast was ample. I'd stay here again.

Well located, up-to-date and quiet hotel unless you are on the second floor directly above the nightclub restaurant. Like many locations in Russia, there is a lot of smoking that occurs so the lobby smells and likewise some of the rooms if the previous guest smoked. The rooms are modern, roomy and comfortable. The bathrooms are great. The breakfast buffet...

We spent 11 nights in 9 hotels Northeast of Moscow in an area known as the Golden Ring. Our primary mode of transportation was bicycle [a van transported our things from hotel to hotel]
The Vladimir Hotel was our first stop. The Vladimir Hotel provided us acceptable stay without strong positive or negative. It was functional, and clean, and except...

I was dreading it as accommodation is very questionable in Russia.
The hotel itself does look as if it’s had some renovation and on first glance it is a room you can deal with, if it’s a protracted stay. Having said that its still like living in a time warp of the 1950’s. I sometimes felt I was in an...

This hotel has a good location, easily found. Our welcome was typically Russian, but the staff smiled a bit more once we exchanged keys a few times. And some spoke English. The price TripAdvisor give per night is way off. I realise I went a travel website to book, but the actual cost per night is approx €50 per room....
