We spent 2 very relaxing nights at Apparo Hotel while cycling through Northern Ireland. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Hope we can come back some time.

Having visited Apparo for the first time in quite a while, I am delighted to say it is still even better than I remembered. Every dish was a delight, both in terms of presentation and taste. Both of the main courses sampled, the sirloin steak and the monkfish were absolutely delicious. I don't believe that better tobacco onions could be... More

We were a little apprehensive as it had been quite a while since our last visit to Apparo and we were afraid that it would not live up to the fantastic memories we had of previous meals there. We need not have worried - the food is still the best to be had in the Mid Ulster area!!!!!! Beautifully presented... More

We had a great stay. When we arrived at the Apparo we were a little bit doubtful, don't judge a book by its cover! We were well received and we were delighted with our rooms. The food was brilliant. The staff and the owners Mary and Peter made us feel very welcome which in turn made our stay that little... More

We have just returned from an overnight stay in the Apparo and loved it. From the first contact at check in the staff were friendly and welcoming. We were taken upstairs to our room where we found to our surprise that they were like chalets on a wooden verandah and it looked very continental. The room was small but sufficient... More

Apparo is an absolute gem! When making the reservation it was very obvious that this was going to be a friendly place and we weren't disappointed. When we arrived we were made very welcome and were shown to our room right away. The room was spotlessly clean with a lovely newly refurbished bathroom - the front door led directly on... More

This restaurant is fab. Intimate atmosphere, extensive menu and good service. Everything is freshly cooked and you can tell it is using fresh, high quality ingredients. Portions I found quite small due to the fine dining atmosphere so I would suggest ordering an extra portion of chips or mash. I would highly recommend this restaurant :)

This is NOT a hotel, it is a restaurant in a house with rooms above! We had booked into this place and we didnt stay. The rooms are cold I could see my breath. We quickly left as for the town half of it is boarded up.
