Do not bother trying to reserve here, you won't actually get a room. I reserved, only to arrive and be informed they were oversold. I don't think you can beat a Residence Inn for travel with your family. The kids really love the extra space that the loft set-up provides and there is always room for other activities as well. For an older hotel, the friendly staff make it worthwhile. Everyone is friendly and they go above and beyond to make sure you're well taken care of. I was really surprised to find out they even pay for a cab ride to the airport!

Spent three days at this Residence Inn, on a weekend trip into St. Louis. The room was clean, and comfortable. The breakfast they served was average... and a little chaotic due to the number of young kids.

“Love Residence Inns”

But we hated this one. Could hear the family in the upstairs tramp their room around night & day. Then, when they took their showers, you could hear the vibration from their hot-water heaters. My wife commented that the sound reminded her of the native drums from the old Tarzan movies.

If you use your debit card at check in you will automatically be charged your total room rate and $140 in incedentals. Read the fine print because they front desk person I dealt with didn't verbally disclose this.
