Business meetings in Clayton area. Hotel signage is minimal so was thankful to be in a shuttle from the airport. Room was ready midmorning on check in day. Every employee from point of arrival was helpful, pleasant and upbeat. Room well set up for both work and relaxing. Corporate rate was very reasonable for value delivered.

The first impression of the Ritz Carlton St Louis, located in the suburb of Clayton, Mo, is that they've done a very nice job of hiding the hotel in a complex of shops, office buildings and expensive condos. Business meeting at the Ritz. Room experience was very good. Well appointed, clean and quiet. Meeting food marginal, poor menu selections, nothing for healthy eaters, fruits etc. Bar, way over priced.

This is a great hotel that takes service to the nth degree. We stayed in a suite on the top floor and the service was incredible! I assume that the service trickles down to rooms of all proce levels.
