Hard to get to is an understatement. Really rather good location to the airport once you figure the location out. Two stories-NO Elevator-No Bellman. Good luck if you have a lot of luggage! Large room-very clean. Wireless went out as did the tv. Not the most helpful front desk staff.

We chose this strictly because of its location--one of the closest to the St Louis Airport. It was satisfactory though I would not classify it as an upscale hotel. Our room was about as far as you could get from reception, and the receptionist did not indicate we could park close by it--we had to find that out for ourselves....

The place is in a not so good area, it appears to be a very old motel. Room stinks (oder), no security, cant wait to get out. When you have a window AC unit and a 24 inch tube tv - Please find a better place to stay.

Picked up a coupon book and Best Western had no objections, (had problems with alternative motels and coupons) spacious well presented rooms, great breakfast, workout room to work it off. We did stay another day. Disappointed being from overseas that we could not take advantage of the offer for a free night stay. No mention of this in the promotion....
